The Three Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning
Phase 1 — Rough Clean
The first clean after major construction is complete. We remove large debris, dispose of construction waste, sweep and vacuum throughout, and prep the space for the next phase of work.
Phase 2 — Light Clean
As finishing work is completed, we follow behind the trades — cleaning up after painters, flooring installers, and finish carpenters. Dust control, surface wipe-downs, and debris removal keep the site clean as work progresses.
Phase 3 — Final Detail Clean
