Windows and walls throughout the space were heavily soiled with black exhaust residue, and the concrete warehouse floors really needed a full strip and wax to be brought back to standard.

The catch: the whole job had to happen in one day. A true strip and wax typically needs more time than that to do right, so this was as much a scheduling and prioritization challenge as it was a cleaning one.

With a full strip and wax not realistic in the one-day window, we focused on getting the floors as clean as possible with multiple scrub passes, and the results came in better than expected given the timeline. The heavy black exhaust buildup on the windows and walls got the detail work it needed, and all interior windows were cleaned as part of the same visit.

The result was a space brought back to a strong standard on a same-day turnaround, without the client needing to coordinate multiple vendors or stretch the job across several visits.
